The Company F.A.S.T. (Fabbrica Autotelai Speciali Treviso - Special Chassis Factory Treviso) produces a wide range of equipment for the removal and fastening of interchangeable bodies which covers all the requirements for transportation of goods on industrial vehicles, from logistics to inter-modal. All the equipment is built and marked in accordance with CE regulations, using materials and components of proven reliability. All products are completely independent of the type of vehicle they are to be fitted on and can also be supplied in kit form.
The electrical system, in particular, is independent from the vehicle’s on board systems, as all the controls are located on the keypad, as are also all the control parameters. The electronic keypad with microprocessor is located in the cab near the driver’s seat. Power supply is via an electrical cable which follows the channelling already present in the vehicle and reaches the hydraulic unit without any adverse effect to the cab operation. |
